"This has been a remarkable period of growth for Fifth Street," said Stacey Horne, the firm's executive director of investor relations. "Our presence in this distinguished, well located and very well run building has been of great benefit to our employees as well as our brand. The expansion will give us the ability to add talent to our team and continue to meet our growth objectives." "It's always a pleasure to accommodate a tenant's desire to grow within one of our trophy buildings," said Newman.
