"This has been a remarkable period of growth for Fifth Street," said Stacey Horne, the firm's executive director of investor relations. The expansion will give us the ability to add talent to our team and continue to meet our growth objectives." "It's always a pleasure to accommodate a tenant's desire to grow within one of our trophy buildings," said Newman. "We take pride in providing all the top amenities and the careful attention to detail that every tenant should expect from the Malkin Properties brand."
