"Our presence in this distinguished, well located and very well run building has been of great benefit to our employees as well as our brand. The expansion will give us the ability to add talent to our team and continue to meet our growth objectives." "It's always a pleasure to accommodate a tenant's desire to grow within one of our trophy buildings," said Newman. "We take pride in providing all the top amenities and the careful attention to detail that every tenant should expect from the Malkin Properties brand." Malkin Construction will build out the space for the new tenant. Newman and senior leasing associate Kimberly Zaccagnino represented the landlord. The tenant represented itself.
