New Street Realty Advrs. arranges 1,825 s/f lease to Amarcord Restaurant

According to New Street Realty Advisors, LLC, an Italian trattoria, Amarcord Restaurant, has leased 1,825 s/f of ground floor space at The Riverbank West, a 418 unit luxury mixed-use building located in Midtown West neighborhood. Joshua Kaufman, Joshua Gettler and Matthew Gorman, of New Street Realty Advisors, acted on behalf of the landlord, Massachusetts Life Insurance Company. Amarcord will join other ground floor tenants at The Riverbank West including 7-Eleven, Subway, Green Nature Coffee, The Pearl Theatre Co. and Grand Cru Wines & Spirits. "Amarcord will offer an upscale restaurant option for the growing demographics of residents, office workers and tourists in the area", said Joshua Kaufman, associate director of New Street Realty Advisors. "The space shuttle Enterprise has help increased the foot traffic in the area." New Street Realty Advisors has repositioning the entire blockfront of Eleventh Avenue between West 42nd and West 43rd St. with only one remaining space of 2,145 s/f available between Amarcord and Grand Cru Wine & Spirits. The term Amarcord is Italian for a nostalgic memory. The term relates to the restaurateur's fond memories of childhood, traveling and dining throughout Italy. New Street Realty Advisors is a New York City based real estate brokerage firm with a focus on leasing and investment sales in Manhattan.
