New president and an exciting year for LICN in 2012

The Long Island Commercial Network (LICN), the commercial division of the Long Island Board of Realtors welcomes the new 2012 president, Bob Stark of Prudential Douglas Elliman and the new executive board: V.P.-Ira Zucker, treasurer-Bradley Diamond both from Coldwell Banker NRT, secretary-Mary Fudens of Realty Connect, and past president - Alan Hendrickson of Corporate Commercial Realty, LLC. The network group has close to 150 members who specialize in investment and commercial properties. Members enjoy many benefits including: education, networking, tuition refunds, LICN's website, two premier cocktail parties, and discounted breakfasts. This active group meets on a monthly basis for the exchange of "haves & wants" networking among brokers and sponsors (trades) at breakfasts usually at Parade Diner in Woodbury on the 4th Tuesday of each month. In February they are branching out to Bayside Diner 207-07 Northern Blvd., Queens on February 28 at 8-10 a.m. featuring Ed Smith presenting a seminar on "Commercial Real Estate: Introduction to Investments along with his own Book Signing.
