Nassimi Realty acquires 312 Leonard Street in East Williamsburg
Nassimi Realty has purchased a small two story building at 312 Leonard St. in East Williamsburg. They have leased the retail space back to the previous owner of the building and are planning a full renovation to the two-bedroom apartment upstairs. This is Nassimi’s first acquisition in the borough.
Owner Kevin Nassimi said, “We are very pleased with the way our first Brooklyn acquisition has gone so far and we look forward to hopefully acquiring many more buildings in the area soon.”
