Namdar Realty Group hires Gorjian as dir. of acquisitions & dispositions

Namdar Realty Group has appointed Joel Gorjian as director of acquisitions and dispositions. Gorjian will be acquiring and disposing of properties for Namdar. He is very confident that he'll grow Namdar's portfolio. Gorjian's previous experience includes working in the New York City nightlife industry as a promoter. "Joel is highly ambitious, hardworking and extremely business oriented young businessman looking to get his feet wet in the real estate industry. Joel is constantly looking to make deals happen, which most firms in the industry are lacking today," said Evan Rafinia, director of leasing at Namdar. " Even though I was being criticized by family members, I kept pursuing the night club industry because unlike other industries in America today, the night club industry gave me the spot-on business mindset to network myself."
