Gary Wirth, Esq. has joined Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP as a partner where he will chair the firm's Construction & Surety Practice Group. The scope of his practice is diversified, and includes surety work, construction claims, transactional work, bankruptcy, and general commercial and corporate law. He represents subcontractors, construction managers, sureties, material suppliers, owners and general contractors in construction litigation cases, workouts, and transactional matters. He also litigates matters at trial and appellate levels in courts throughout the New York region and other parts of the country. He earned his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York. In addition to his practice, Mr. Wirth has served, in an advisory capacity, on the Board of Directors of the Subcontractors Trade Association (STA) and is a member of the New York Surety Association, the Long Island Contractors Association (LICA) and the Long Island Metro Business Action (LIMBA).
