NAI LI retained as exclusive agent for 183,000 s/f
According to NAI Long Island, they have been named the exclusive sales/leasing and management agents for 538 Broadhollow Rd. This 183,000 s/f class A office building is located on Rte. 110.
This site allows tenants to access retail shopping at some of the areas various shopping centers, and close to the Walt Whitman Mall.
Principals Carmine Inserra and John LaRuffa, SIOR are the leading sales and leasing agents for the building, as Frank Socci, Jr., CPM, principal and director of property management for NAI is spearheading the management of the property.

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
