NAI L.I. relocates to 3 Huntington Quadrangle

Ken Roth of NAI Long Island represented ownership in the leasing of a 2,000 s/f former Quiznos location on Broadway to the Jamba Juice Company. Roth stated that this was the first Jamba Juice location to be leased in the Long Island market. Ownership is an affiliate of Woods Management Company. NAI Long Island is a Long Island based commercial real estate organization providing services that cover sales, leasing, tenant/landlord representation, property management and consulting services.
