NAI Friedland handles two retail leases totaling 7,400 s/f

The retail division at NAI Friedland has completed two leases totaling 7,400 s/f. The deals include: * A 4,800 s/f lease at 184 W. 231st St. Executive VPs Robin Herko and Steve Lorenzo, and retail specialist David Scotto brokered the deal between John Narlis-Eleni Properties Inc. (landlord) and 231 Food Corp. (tenant). Herko, Lorenzo, and Scotto represented both the landlord and the tenant. * A 2,600 s/f lease at 2590 Frisby Ave. Executive VP Kathy Zamechansky brokered the deal between Dr. Michael Pisicano/Westchester Sq. Partners (landlord) and The Institute for Family Health (tenant). Zamechansky represented the landlord. The tenant was represented by Lee Allen of ARC Advisors, Inc.

2024 Year in Review: William O’Brien, M.C. O’Brien, Inc.

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
