NAI Friedland closes 15 transactions; includes 16,000 s/f lease by Stassa & Lorenzo

The Retail Division NAI Friedland has recently closed six transactions. The combined deals represent more than 40,892 s/f. * Lease of 16,000 s/f at 3524 Third Ave. Executive vice presidents Rick Stassa and Steve Lorenzo represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction between Abdel Awawdeh (landlord) and Park Avenue Holding Corp. (landlord). * Sale of 11,750 s/f at 1498 Westchester Ave. Stassa and sales representative Karnit Mosberg represented both the seller and the purchaser in the transaction between 83 Assets Inc. (purchaser) and Borrero & Sons Inc. (seller). * Sale of 8,600 s/f at 310 East 149th St. Industrial division senior executive vice president Peter Cokin and Lorenzo represented the purchaser and the seller in the transaction between a private buyer and 149thRizing LLC (seller). * Lease of 1,850 s/f at 417 Riverdale Ave. Retail specialist Lou Klein represented the landlord and the tenant in the transaction between Oaks Pharmacy (tenant) and SRB Properties (landlord). * Lease of 1,592 s/f at 2510 Westchester Ave. Lorenzo represented the landlord and the tenant in the transaction between EMET Royal Pharmacy Inc. (tenant) and Hutch Management LLC (landlord). * Lease of 1,100 s/f at 839 Prospect Ave. Executive vice president Robin Herko and retail specialist David Scotto represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction between Dunkin Donuts (tenant) and Franciacorta Properties LLC (landlord). "Last year was a good year for NAI Friedland and we finished up strong. Our brokers closed deals that took many months to consummate, but it shows that business is out there and our brokers are actively in the market," said Tony Lembeck, NAI Friedland's CEO.
