According to NAI Friedland Realty, its office division closed two leases totaling 4,836 s/f. The deals include the following: * The lease of 3,482 s/f at 1133 Westchester Ave. Executive directors Ellen Benedek and Carl Silbergleit brokered the deal between Robert Weisz of RPW Group (landlord) and Center Management (tenant). Benedek and Silbergleit represented the tenant in the 13-year lease. * The lease of 1,354 s/f at 700 White Plains Rd., Scarsdale. Benedek and Silbergleit brokered the deal between Vernon Hills Shopping Center (landlord) and the Church of Latter Day Saints (tenant). Benedek and Silbergleit represented the tenant in the five-year lease.
