IDA experts to speak at October 20 Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island event

How Long Island's IDAs can help brokers close deals will be the subject of an on-stage roundtable discussion at an Oct. 20 meeting of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island (CIBS).
Speakers include Joseph Goino, executive director of the Nassau County IDA; Bruce Ferguson, executive director of the Suffolk County IDA, and Daniel Deegan, a partner at law firm Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo, Cohn & Terrana, LLP and head of the firm's IDA, municipal incentives and government relations practices. David Chinitz, principal of Park Place Realty, will be the moderator. The program will be held in the lower level auditorium at 395 N. Service Rd. A continental breakfast will be served beginning at 8 a.m. with the program to follow from 8:30 to 10 a.m.
This event is free for all CIBS members and associate members who pre-register. The cost for all non-members and guests is $25 per person. For reservations, please email [email protected].
