Manhattan, NY Naftali Group, a privately held global real estate development and investment firm based in New York, has launched sales at The Henry, a new luxury condominium building on the Upper West Side that reflects the heritage and architectural prestige of the neighborhood. Designed inside and out by the award-winning global architecture firm Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA), The Henry celebrates a long-standing and collaborative relationship between the two firms. Previously, Naftali Group has partnered with RAMSA to build the highly successful 200 East 83rd and The Bellemont at 1165 Madison Ave., establishing a special reputation and setting a new standard for excellence in the market that reflects both partners’ dedication to delivering above and beyond.

Construction at The Henry is underway, and completion is slated for Q3 of 2026.

“On the heels of Naftali Group’s record-breaking success with The Benson, The Bellemont and 200 East 83rd in Manhattan, we’re proud to launch sales at The Henry and continue to demonstrate our long-standing commitment to New York City with our latest development on the Upper West Side,” said Miki Naftali, chairman and CEO of Naftali Group. “As Naftali Group builds upon our residential legacy in New York City and taps into our experience developing in this neighborhood, we’re thrilled to partner with RAMSA once again and bring their talents to another one-of-a-kind building that will not only honor the heritage of its beloved Upper West Side location but also stand as a testament to our unwavering dedication to delivering timeless and high-quality projects.”

Located at 211 West 84th St., The Henry comprises a boutique collection of 45 residences and a suite of amenities to offer a contemporary residential experience in the heart of the Upper West Side. Paying homage to the storied neighborhood, RAMSA designed The Henry with graceful proportions, balanced composition, and elegant setbacks. Rising 209 ft. and echoing the traditional architecture of the Upper West Side, the 18-story ground-up tower has a classic masonry façade of Indiana limestone and hand-set brick blend embossed with sculpted limestone and metal architectural details. A rusticated limestone base and expansive private setback terraces complete the building’s distinguished exterior.

“Designing The Henry’s architecture, interiors, and gardens has made for an exceptionally complete and coherent architectural vision,” said Michael Jones, partner, RAMSA. “From outside to inside, The Henry learns from architectural precedent before adapting those lessons to suit contemporary family life.”

RAMSA planned the residential interiors at The Henry to be a contemporary interpretation of abstracted classicism. With a Refined aesthetic that evokes a return to simplicity, the residences impart the experience of everyday life through each design decision. With ceiling heights, sculptural detailing, a calm material palette and captivating views of the New York City skyline framed by oversized windows, the building’s interiors offer living on the Upper West Side.

Residents of The Henry are welcomed home by a grand canopied entrance through arched doors that open to a 24-hour attended lobby with custom oak millwork paneling, soaring ceilings and a grand fireplace. Upon arrival, residents have access to a private porte-cochere with cobblestone paving and custom wall lanterns.
