He was a bootstrap entrepreneur and a pioneer in HVAC energy recovery systems designing major installations for the likes of such hospitals such as Montefiore and Bronx Lebanon over 50 years ago. Persistence, building team and thinking BIG!
Person(s) you most admire (outside of family): Nelson Mandela - he masterminded a relatively bloodless overthrow of apartheid while imprisoned for over 2 decades by finding common ground and building team with prison guards, Afrikaner leadership, fellow prisoners and free South Africans.
If you had to choose a different profession, what would it be? Don't know - I LOVE what I do...however, in my next career, I'd like to see if I have any sculpting talent and try my hand at designing public fountains.
