Murray Hill Properties (MHP) has completed the following four leases totaling 18,702 s/f: * A four-year, 2,825 s/f lease at 461 Park Ave. South for Park Urologic. Randy Sherman of MHP represented the ownership, Rosehill Property Associates, Inc., and tenant. * A six-year, 4,775 s/f lease at 461 Park Ave. South for Bunk1/Ackercamps.com. Sherman represented the ownership, Rosehill Property Associates, Inc., while Robert Conz of Sanchez Bodden Lerner Realty represented the tenant. * A four-year, 3,253 s/f lease at 516 West 25th St. for Black Frame. Pamela Title of MHP represented the owner, Tan Holding, and tenant. * A four-year, 7,849 s/f lease at 516 West 25th St. for Imaginary Forces. Title represented the owner, Tan Holding, and tenant.
