Houlihan of Metro Property Group/Houlihan-Parnes arranges 4,000 s/f lease to Simpson Travel Agency at 3612 White Plains Road, Bronx

The Metro Property Group and Houlihan Parnes Realtors signed a new lease with Simpson Travel Agency in a 4,000 s/f shopping center located at 3612 White Plains Rd. in the Williamsbridge section. The property is on the east side of White Plains Rd. between 213th St. and 214th St. White Plains Rd. is a major retail street with frequent bus stops, an elevated subway line and heavy foot traffic. The surrounding area's multifamily buildings are serviced by the White Plains Rd. retail corridor. Jerry Houlihan of the Metro Property Group and Houlihan Parnes represented the landlord.
