Bronx, NY ERG Property Advisors has closed the sale of a three-building portfolio in the Mott Haven and Melrose neighborhoods. The properties sold for $11.75 million.

337 East 146th St., 341 East 146th St. and 454 East 160th St. were priced at $135,000 per unit. The properties consist of 86 apartments, a mix of 48 one-bedrooms and 37 two-bedrooms and four retail stores.

All buildings are located in the highly desirable Mott Haven and Melrose section of the Bronx with close proximity to the Willis Ave./Third Ave. Bridges. It is also near “The Hub,” a premier shopping district in the area. All buildings have undergone recent renovations and are move in ready.
