Mullen joins Marcus & Millichap to expand industrial outdoor storage advisory

Manhattan, NY Patrick Mullen has joined Marcus & Millichap’s New York City office. He will focus on building a dedicated industrial outdoor storage (IOS) investment sales team.

Mullen joins Marcus & Millichap from Catalyst Investment Partners, where he focused on sourcing and executing industrial outdoor storage transactions. He previously worked on JLL’s investment sales team.
