Montaquiza joins MHP Real Estate Services as a senior managing director
Robert Montaquiza has joined MHP Real Estate Services as a senior managing director.
For 15 years Montaquiza has specialized in tenant and landlord representation in Manhattan, the Boroughs, Westchester County and Nassau County on Long Island.
Over the years he has been chosen by landlords such as Mack-Cali, Simone Development Corp. and The Ashforth Co. to represent their properties. Montaquiza is also a tenant representative. A sample of his noteworthy clients includes Verizon, Orkin Pest Control, Virtusa Corporation, Atlantis Corporation, BMS Cat Inc and Scott's Cove Management.
Prior to joining MHP, Rob served as a Director at Transwestern.
Montaquiza graduated from St John's University with an MBA in Finance. Mr. Montaquiza is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. He is also a member of the NYC Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Yorktown Chamber of Commerce.
