Molfetta of GNYDC finances $375,000 SBA 504 loan
Steve Molfetta, VP lending at the Greater New York Development Co. (GNYDC), arranged financing for Rothman Consulting, LLC., an investigative consultant specializing in corporate due diligence. Rothman received a $375,000 SBA 504 loan as part of a $900,000 financing package to purchase a 3,000 s/f building in order to expand their practice. The property is located at 42 Main St.
