Falk of Newmark Knight Frank reps. Savills Granite in 17,627 s/f sublease
Savills Granite LLC has leased 17,627 s/f at 599 Lexington Ave., a 1 million s/f, class A office tower.
The company will occupy the entire 36th floor of the 50-story tower as a result of a sublease transaction with the previous tenant, the K&L Gates LLP law firm. The firm will relocate operations this July from its present headquarters at 600 Madison Ave.
Newmark Knight Frank executive VP and principal David Falk represented Savills Granite. Studley senior managing director John Mambrino represented K&L Gates.
