Mojo Stumer to renovate 72 Wall Street

Manhattan, NY Mojo Stumer Associates is the architecture and interior designer for an 18-story building renovation and hotel conversion at 72 Wall St. in the downtown site of a former AIG Headquarters. The project includes converting from office use into a five star luxury hotel building with residential condominiums, a unique upscale lobby entrance, conference center, two restaurants, ballroom, office space, and retail spaces. The main lobby displays a curved feature staircase which leads to the ballroom and is highlighted by 20 foot glass ceiling panels. The multifunction first floor lobby connects to both Wall and Pine St. and includes various public spaces amenities includes guest lounge, bars, a restaurant, retail and hotel Lobby/ concierge.
