Huntington, NY Mojo Stumer Associates is designing a new space for the Elwood Public Library.
Still in the design phase, a slate wall screen system will be installed with a two-story floating high volume of chemical glass revealing the primary staircase within the space. An outdoor terrace will look over a green area, which is part of a reserve. Natural light will be abundant throughout the new facility which will be the anchor in a new commercial development zone.

When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
