Middle Island, NY Arche Georgatos of Island Associates represented the tenant and landlord, 1245 Middle Country Road LLC, in two lease deals at 1245 Middle Country Rd. totaling 4,000 s/f. 

Georgatos leased 1,500 s/f to Pan Foot Spa Inc. and 2,500 s/f to T-Mobile. Both retail stores will be joining King Kullen, McDonalds, Gold Gym, Island Pet Supplies, Dollar Tree, Subway and Carvel. Island Associates are the exclusive brokers for this shopping center.
