Mojo Stumer Associates presented two awards by LI chapter of AIA

Mojo Stumer Associates was presented with two AIA Awards by the Long Island Chapter. The first and most prestigious was an honor award for the interiors of a loft apartment and art gallery located in lower Manhattan. The TriBeCa Loft was completed in 2011 as a live/work and gallery space for a Korean artist. The 7,300 s/f penthouse also has an additional 2,000 s/f outdoor terrace. The sliding doors and high ceilings offer floor to ceiling views of lower Manhattan throughout. The client wanted to incorporate the cityscapes into their space. They utilized a muted color palate and modern furnishings, in conjunction with the warm tones of the artists hand crafted furniture pieces and art. This category was the most competitive in that submission and Mojo Stumer was thrilled to have captured top honors. Also, in the commercial category, Parker Waichman Alonso, LLP won an honorable mention.
