According to Daniel Gohari, VP & director of commercial assets at the Moinian Group, the firm signed a 56,324 s/f lease for American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. at 417 Fifth Ave.
Bernard Weitzman and Jeffrey Kilimnick of CBRE negotiated on behalf of American Eagle; Michael Dreizen and Andrew Udis of Newmark Knight Frank represented the Moinian Group in the transaction.
The lease for American Eagle encompasses space on the 10th floor, part of the 9th floor and the entire 8th floor of the 410,000 s/f, 11-story office property.
