Moinian completes three leases totaling 17,633 s/f

The Moinian Group has completed three leases at three of its tower properties totaling 17,633 s/f. The deals include: * A 4,700 s/f lease to the Government of Kazakhstan at 535 Fifth Ave., occupying the entire 19th floor. The tenant was represented by The P.G. Williamson Group, Inc. Moinian was represented in-house by Kimia Shadrokh, senior associate director. * A 3,863 s/f lease to The Roth Law Firm, PLLC, at 295 Madison Ave., occupying the the 22nd floor. Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant, while Cushman & Wakefield represented Moinian. * A 9,070 s/f lease at 1450 Broadway to Buffalo Jeans for the entire 22nd floor. Millennium Realty Group represented the tenant, while John Monaco, senior leasing director of Moinian, represented the owner.
