Ideal Properties brokers four leases totaling 9,000 s/f in Brooklyn
Ideal Properties Group LLC has completed four leases totaling 9,000 s/f. The broker represented both landlords and tenants in all of the following leases:
* Robert Caccomo of Ideal brokered the lease of a 4,000 s/f warehouse at 22 Waverly Ave.in the Navy Yards area of Clinton Hill. Vega Enterprises leased the space for a five-year term, with an option to renew for five additional years.
* Caccomo was also instrumental in brokering the lease for Euridice's Mix and Match. The company rented 800 s/f at 958 Atlantic Ave. in Crown Heights, and inked a two-year lease.
* Jennifer Rhodes of Ideal brokered the lease of a 3,200 s/f commercial space at 505 Carroll St. in Boerum Hill to Textile Arts Center,.
* Justin Dower brokered the lease of a 1,000 s/f office space at 28 Eighth Ave. in Park Slope. The space was leased by Opal Massage and Allied Therapies. The company inked a five-year lease.
Middle Island, NY Roger Delisle and Robert Monahan of Island Associates negotiated the lease for the Giunta’s Meat Farms to occupy 45,000 s/f at Strathmore Commons.
