MNS Real Estate launches leasing at One Nine Rockwell residence

Brooklyn, NY MNS Real Estate (MNS), an innovative real estate firm, has launched leasing at One Nine Rockwell, a new residential development located at 19 Rockwell Pl. in the heart of Fort Greene. Developed by Brookstone Developers, the project brings a collection of designed residences and lifestyle amenities to one of the city’s most dynamic and culturally rich neighborhoods.

“One Nine Rockwell offers a boutique living experience that’s deeply connected to the creative energy of Fort Greene,” said Andrew Barrocas, CEO of MNS. “We’re pleased to partner with Brookstone Developers on this exciting new addition to the neighborhood, and excited to introduce these sophisticated homes to the Brooklyn market.”

The third floor features a library and coworking lounge with private phone booths, conference rooms, and collaborative workspaces, as well as a resident lounge with an outdoor terrace and a party room with private outdoor space. On the 27th floor, residents can enjoy a sky lounge and wraparound rooftop terrace with BBQ grills, dining areas, a sundeck, and a viewing deck with sweeping views of Brooklyn and. Additional amenities include a fully equipped fitness studio, bike storage, pet spa, storage cages, laundry room, and a vending machine area. On-site parking is also available via a third-party operator.

“We’re excited to unveil One Nine Rockwell, a project that embodies Brookstone’s commitment to creating inspiring spaces that meet the needs of today’s renters,” said Chesky Rosen, founder and CEO of Brookstone Developers. “This development brings together high-quality design, well-considered amenities, and a premier location – everything that makes Fort Greene such a desirable place to call home.”

Bordering Downtown Brooklyn, the property also benefits from the neighborhood’s unmatched transportation network, shopping, and everyday conveniences.
