Bohemia, NY Andrew Gonzalez of Industry One Realty Corp. brokered the lease of 1,850 s/f Industrial space at 1574 Lakeland Ave. Gonzalez represented the tenant, Apex General Contracting, while the landlord, 1574 Lakeland Corp., represented themselves.
In another transaction, Bob Misa of Industry One brokered the lease of 1,032 s/f of office space at 734 Walt Whitman Rd. in Melville. Misa represented the tenant, The Wheelership LLC and the landlord, 757 Berendo LLC.
