Garden City, NY Carmine Inserra, principal, and Paul Schneider, senior director, of NAI Long Island represented the buyer in the sale of 377 Oak St.
Unit Asset Strategies purchased the 5,000 s/f office condo from The Treiber Real Estate Co., LLC, who was represented by Michael Rosenfeld of The Rochlin Org.
