Manhattan, NY Brookfield Place has officially opened Milu, a casual Chinese restaurant inspired by former Eleven Madison Park chef, Connie Chung, and her co-founders Vincent Chao and Milan Sekulic. Chung has signed a five-year lease for the 690 s/f space in Hudson Eats at Brookfield Place. This will be Milu’s second NYC location. Milu will be the latest addition to Brookfield Place’s culinary scene, joining NYC favorites Black Seed Bagel, Blue Ribbon Sushi, All’Antico Vinaio, Hutch & Waldo, Mah Ze Dar, and more. Previously announced newcomers Daily Provisions and Carrot Express will also open at Brookfield Place. Milu showcases a range of ingredients, sophisticated techniques, and richness of flavors from across many regions of China in an accessible counter service setting. Capturing the ongoing evolution of both Chinese and American dining culture, Milu offers indoor dining along with take-out and delivery.
