Milio Realty Corp. takes over management of 87-unit multifamily property

Milio Realty Corp., a property management and investment company licensed in New York and Connecticut, takes over management of an 87-unit multifamily property. The Milio family has owned and managed properties for 30 years and specializes in managing properties such as apartment buildings, condo/coop complexes and commercial space. "My focus is to implement our management techniques that we have successfully established through the years to maximize income and lower expenses while providing high-quality service for our client," said Carmelo Milio, president and director of property management of Milio Realty Corp.
