Milazzo of Keen-Summit Capital Partners honored by GlobeSt.

Manhattan, NY Heather Milazzo, managing director at Keen-Summit Capital Partners LLC is the recipient of the GlobeSt. 2023 Women of Influence Award in the corporate real estate category. This award honors female commercial real estate professionals who have made remarkable achievements and personally impacted the industry, driving it to new heights through their successes.

Milazzo’s leadership has been pivotal in driving Keen-Summit’s growth and success, with her insights and innovative approach leading the company to achieve exceptional results. Keen-Summit has completed numerous large-scale deals and her skills and expertise have been instrumental in the company’s success. Milazzo played a key role in Keen-Summit’s sale of the WC Braker portfolio, where she oversaw the marketing of 540,000 s/f of office/retail real estate in Austin, TX that sold at auction for over $102 million, 36% above the stalking horse bid, in a record 63 days.

Heather’s many accomplishments this year include numerous industry awards and acknowledgements. She recently received the CoStar Powerbroker award and was featured in the New York Real Estate Journal’s 2022 Women in Professional Services issue for her outstanding contributions in real estate marketing.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Milazzo is a committed advocate for diversity and inclusion in the real estate industry. She has championed efforts to promote women in leadership positions. She actively mentors and develops talent within Keen-Summit to build a strong team of professionals and foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the company and the broader real estate industry. She is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association, International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation, and the American Bankruptcy Institute. 

Since 1983, GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum has been recognizing women in various categories across the commercial real estate spectrum. This year, the winners will be featured in the July/August issue of GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum and on GlobeSt.com.  The honorees will be recognized and celebrated at the fourth annual GlobeSt. Women of Influence Conference, held at the Everline Resort & Spa in Lake Tahoe, CA on July 25th, 2023. The conference provides a platform for networking and professional development, and attendees will have the opportunity to learn from industry leaders.
