Middlegate Funding launches in New York City

Middlegate Funding,a national commission advance company providing real estate brokers and agents with a low-cost and efficient way to receive their hard-earned commission quickly, has launched in N.Y.C. Middlegate Funding, located at 317 Madison Ave., was founded by Ashley Joffe, a business professional with over 25 years of experience in the finance and real estate sectors. Since its launch in the summer of 2013, the firm has had huge success in at least 20 states, resulting in strategic partnerships with brokerages across the country. "While our initial strategy was offering our services outside of New York, now that we have a proven track record with agents nationwide, we are ready to attack the N.Y.C. market right in our own backyard," said Ashley Joffe, founder, Middlegate Funding. "Even at the height of the market, there will always be a need for agents to have capital & cash flow to effectively build their business." Because real estate agents and brokers are not salaried employees of any brokerage firm, receiving a consistent paycheck, they work in an industry where there are peaks and valleys in their cash flow. There are always cash flow needs between deals & agents and brokers often do not always have the ability to fund such requirements. With a commission advance service, agents & brokers no longer have to wait until closing to receive their hard-earned commission and now have more control of their finances. Shortly after contract signing, agents can apply to have up to 90% of their commission advanced. The process is quick, simple and seamless. The application can be approved within a matter of hours and the agent will receive the advance in their bank account within 24 hours of approval. Middlegate will offer an efficient and effective service to agents and brokers at the lowest rates in the nation. Their offered product is non-restrictive, with no minimums or maximum amount advanced, no holdbacks, no hidden fees, multiple advances on the same deal, and advances on all types of real estate classes. Middlegate's product is also beneficial to brokerage firms, whereby Middlegate works closely with the firms to have their commission advance program added to the other service offerings the firm may provide to their agents, at no cost to the brokerage.
