The firm is also providing assistance for all affected by Sandy, by helping the public with guidelines to help establish their tax grievance claims. What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2013? : No predictions about commercial real estate, but most interested in value of waterfront property in flooded areas. Will demand and values drop for the first time over concerns about future super storms and global warming?
