What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2012? : The sale of a 6,000 s/f building to a bagel baker Bell Bagels. He was expanding and needed additional square footage. It is great to hear when companies are actually still expanding instead of what you here in the news about all of the downsizing. What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2013? : Market should remain pretty much stifled but I do have a large amount of transactions in the pipeline and I am optimistic that they will be concluded in the new year. What are your resolutions for 2013? : To try to increase my ability to services customers and address their needs as they grow, contract or enhance their positions.
