As an attorney, a securities principal, an investment advisor representative and a real estate broker-in-charge, I and my firm, 1031 Property Group, have been guiding a national roster of real estate investors through the 1031 process since 2004. Our expertise is in cherry-picking "the best of the best" replacement properties available for our clients - be they securitized tenant-in-common offerings, Delaware Statutory Trust offerings, 1031-compliant oil and gas royalty offerings, and/or net leased properties.
