Tonawanda, NY Perry Miceli, principal of Largo Real Estate Advisors, Inc. obtained a $4.5 million permanent first mortgage to finance the acquisition of a 123,000 s/f industrial facility.
The property is 100% occupied and features 30’ high-bay ceilings and 10 drive-in doors. In addition, the building is located within an industrial corridor less than three miles from I-190 and I-290.
Miceli secured this financing through one of Largo’s correspondent life insurance company lenders, arranging a 20-year, fixed-rate, fully amortizing loan at competitive pricing. Largo will service the loan in-house through maturity.
