Miceli of Largo places $1.1 million first mortgage
Perry Miceli, principal for the Largo Group of Cos., arranged a permanent first mortgage in the amount of $1.1 million for a recently constructed multi-tenanted office building totaling 13,020 s/f. Miceli secured a 17-year fixed rate, self-amortizing loan for the borrower. The property is currently 90% occupied by ten tenants.
