Miceli of Largo arranges $975,000 to refinance 2.08-acre hotel property
Perry Miceli, managing director of the Largo Group of Companies, arranged $975,000 to refinance the existing debt for a 2.08-acre parcel of land improved with a four-story, 108 room Courtyard Marriott. Miceli secured a 10 year fixed rate loan with a 25 year amortization schedule for the borrower.
