Meshil and Daniels of Royal Properties represent WW South Main, LLC for 15,582 s/f

According to Royal Properties, Inc., Retro Fitness has signed a lease for 15,582 s/f at 272 Main St. "Being able to place Retro Fitness into this newly renovated center adds another block to the foundation of future success for this property." said Scott Meshil of Royal Properties, Inc. Meshil and Jason Daniels of Royal Properties represented the landlord, WW South Main, LLC, in this transaction. "After marketing this space for six months, we felt like Retro Fitness was the best fit to co-anchor this center with CVS," said Meshil.

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
