Meridian finances six deals totaling $76.7 million

Meridian Capital Group, LLC has completed the following six deals totaling $76.7 million: * A new package of mortgages totaling $5.35 million on three co-op buildings composed of 128 units located on Brighton 3rd St. and East 18th St. in Brooklyn. These loans feature rates of 3.25% and 10-year terms. Morris Diamant of Meridian negotiated these transactions. * Two new mortgages totaling $41.2 million were placed by Meridian on two multifamily buildings composed of 640 units located on 41st Ave.in Flushing. These loans feature rates of 3.5% and five-year terms. Carol Shelby and Dani Sabesan of Meridian negotiated these transactions. * A new $12 million mortgage was placed for 11 multifamily buildings totaling 109 units located on Dover Chase Blvd. in Toms River, N.J. The loan features a rate of 3.88% and a seven-year term. Avi Weinstock of Meridian negotiated this transaction. * A new $8.6 million mortgage was placed on a 43,000 s/f retail building on Fulton St. in Brooklyn. The loan features a rate of 3.75% and a five-year term. Rael Gervis of Meridian negotiated this transaction. * A new $7.7 million mortgage was placed on a 27,000 s/f office building on Broadway. The loan features a rate of 3.76% and a five-year term. Michael Kesselman of Meridian negotiated this transaction. * A new $1.85 million mortgage was placed on a 6,000 s/f mixed-use building on Atlantic Ave. in Brooklyn. The loan features a rate of 3.63% and a 10-year term. Simon Rosenfeld of Meridian negotiated this transaction.
