Meridian Capital negotiates six mortgages totaling $72.8 million

Meridian Capital Group, LLC has compled the following six financing deals totaling $72.8 million: * A new $20 million mortgage for a 56-unit, 14-story multifamily building on Gold St. The loan features a rate of 3.05% and a five-year term. Avi Weinstock and Josh Rhine of Meridian negotiated this transaction. * A new $26.5 million mortgage was placed on a 94-unit, 16-story multifamily building on Park Ave. The loan features a rate of 3.50% and a 10-year term. Weinstock negotiated this transaction. * A new package of mortgages totaling $15.4 million on four multifamily buildings composed of 273 units located on Albany Ave., Lenox Rd., New York Ave. and Union St. in Brooklyn. These loans feature rates of 3.25% and 10-year terms. David Hayum of Meridian negotiated these transactions. * A new mortgage of $4.8 million was placed by Meridian on a 54-unit, six-story multifamily building on Clinton Place in New Rochelle. The loan features a rate of 3.25% and a 10-year term. David Zlotnick of Meridian negotiated this transaction. * A new $3.1 million mortgage for a 42-unit, four-story multifamily building on Winthrop St. in Brooklyn. The loan features a rate of 3.38% and a five-year term. Weinstock negotiated this transaction. A new $3 million mortgage was placed for a 50-unit, six-story multifamily building on Frame Place in Flushing. The loan features a rate of 3.38% and a seven-year term.
