Meridian Capital negotiates six loans totaling $28.2 million

Meridian Capital Group, LLC, a leading national commercial real estate finance and advisory firm, has negotiated six new mortgages totaling $28.2 million: * $11.5 million on a 50-unit, 13-story multifamily building on West 22nd St. The loan features a rate of 2.95% and a seven-year term. Moshe Majeski of Meridian negotiated this transaction. * $6.7 million was placed for four multifamily buildings totaling 119 units located on Featherbed Ln., East Burnside Ave., East 182nd St. and Davidson Ave. in the Bronx. The loan features a rate of 3.62% and a 10-year term. David Hayum of Meridian negotiated this transaction. * $3.85 million was placed on an 18-unit, five-story multifamily building on Essex St. The loan features a rate of 3% and a 10-year term. Judah Hammer of Meridian negotiated this transaction. * $2.2 million was placed on a 25-unit, four-story multifamily building on 36th Ave. in Queens. The loan features a rate of 3.25% and a 10-year term. Benjamin Klugman of Meridian negotiated this transaction. * $2.1 million was placed on a 31-unit, five-story multifamily building on Davidson Ave. in the Bronx. The loan features a rate of 3.25% and a 10-year term. Alan Friedman of Meridian negotiated this transaction. * $1.8 million was placed on an 84-unit, six-story cooperative building on 75th Ave. in Forest Hills. The loan features a rate of 3.1% and a 10-year term. Steve Geller and Nicoletta Pagnotta of Meridian negotiated this transaction.
