Meridian Capital Group, LLC has closed the following transactions:
A new mortgage of $17.7 million was placed by Meridian on a 32-unit, 6-story multifamily building on Second Ave. The loan features a rate of 4.13% and a 5-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Carol Shelby and Dani Sabesan.
Meridian negotiated a new mortgage in the amount of $30 million on a 134-unit, 14-story multifamily building on East End Ave. The loan features a rate of 4.25% and a 5-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Shelby and Sabesan.
A new mortgage of $7.2 million was placed by Meridian on an 83-unit, 6-story multifamily building on West 236th St. in Riverdale. The loan features a rate of 4.50% and a 10-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Steven Tessler and Zev Feder.
Meridian negotiated a new mortgage in the amount of $5.6 million on a 74-unit, 5-story multifamily building on Seaman Ave. The loan features a rate of 4.38% and a 10-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Morris Diamant.
A new mortgage of $5 million was placed by Meridian on a 33-unit, 5-story multifamily building on East 83rd St. The loan features a rate of 4.17% and a 5-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Shelby and Sabesan.
Meridian negotiated a new mortgage in the amount of $4.85 million on an 18,726 s/f mixed-use office and retail building on Broadway. The loan features a rate of 4.27% and a 7-year term. David Ostrov and Mindy Bergman negotiated this transaction.
