Izaki Group Investments USA commences sales at The Village West

Manhattan, NY Izaki Group Investments (IGI USA) has launched sales for The Village West, a boutique, mixed-use condominium building that is redefining the southwest corner of Sixth Ave. and 14th St. Located at the crossroads of Greenwich Village, The West Village, Flatiron, and Chelsea, the 14-story Village West comprises 68 designed and refined one-to-four-bedroom residences, with many homes offering private terraces and balconies as well as a suite of full-service amenities that embody a club-like feel. The Village West is poised to set a new standard for sophisticated downtown living that blends historic charm with timeless luxury.

Located at 525 Sixth Ave. and designed inside and out by BKSK Architects, The Village West’s exterior pays a homage to its historic surroundings with the use of brick, creating interest through texture, layering, and color. The facade has a multi-tiered and two-toned red brick, terra cotta detailing, arched windows, a layered mix of well-crafted masonry and glass, curved corners and a dramatic double-height entryway. Surprising elements of the building’s design include pops of green brick and a wedding cake-style setback, allowing for generous, lush terraces and balconies that create a distinct architectural profile. Inside, residents are greeted with a double-story lobby also framed by courtyard views that evoke a contemporary and contextual yet timeless Village aesthetic. The lobby also makes a statement with checkered marble flooring, brass-accented ceilings, and a sculptural spiral staircase that leads to the second-floor amenity suite.

“The Village West offers the best of contemporary living in one of Manhattan’s most bustling neighborhoods with the prioritization of outdoor space at its core, and we are thrilled to bring the building to market,” said Eldad Blaustein, CEO of IGI USA. “It’s incredibly rewarding to see our vision come to life. In addition to stunning architecture and sleek interior design, The Village West portrays timeless homes that feel deeply connected to the fabric and artistic history of the neighborhood with a stylish twist—a place where people can truly put down their roots in one of Manhattan’s best residential destinations.”

The residences that follow offer a refined blend of craftsmanship and comfort. Custom-designed kitchens portray bold tones and colors and are outfitted with stone slab countertops that were handpicked from Brazil with graceful waterfall edges, integrated Gaggenau appliances, induction cooktops, and wine coolers. Living areas feature wide-plank oak flooring, tall ceilings, and curved bay oversized windows that invite in natural light and stunning city views. Bedrooms serve as tranquil retreats, while the spa-inspired bathrooms are finished with honed stone vanities, custom marble herringbone flooring, frameless glass showers, and burnished brass fixtures.

Embodying a private club-like atmosphere of bold intimacy within a larger urban fabric, The Village West offers over 10,000 s/f of indoor and outdoor amenities across four levels designed to enrich and elevate daily life – there is something for everyone. Highlights include a 24/7 concierge,  fitness center, yoga and spin studios, wellness bar, spa treatment room, sauna, steam room and co-working spaces. Additional offerings include a landscaped courtyard, resident lounge, children’s playroom, golf simulator, dog wash, bicycle storage, residential storage, and an on-site laundry room. The rooftop terrace crowns the building with sweeping city skyline views, complete with landscaped lounge areas, an outdoor kitchen, and private dining space for entertaining.

On the first floor, a dedicated retail component will offer prime space for businesses, fully enclosed in striking floor-to-ceiling glass highlighting the retail frontage. Designed to accommodate a variety of uses, from boutiques to cafés, the retail space was envisioned as an active, engaging anchor that enhances the building’s presence at street level while inviting the community in.

The Village West is surrounded by some of Manhattan’s most iconic and beloved destinations with the best of New York right outside. Just moments away are some of the city’s best fine dining establishments, cultural institutions such as The Whitney Museum of American Art, as well as an endless stretch of retail along Fifth Avenue. Numerous green spaces are also within close proximity including Union Square Park, Washington Square Park and Madison Square Park. Nearby access to several subway lines, including the F, L, M, A, C, E, 1, 2 and 3 train lines, makes commuting throughout New York City and beyond seamless. Cobblestone streets and historic brownstone townhouses also surround the development and provide a charming and dynamic atmosphere, making it one of the city’s most sought-after residential destinations.
