Meridian Capital Group negotiates $57.6 million in financing for six properties

Meridian Capital Group, LLC, a leading national commercial real estate finance and advisory firm, negotiates $57.6 million in financing for mixed-use and multifamily properties in New York, Brooklyn and Queens. The deals included the following transactions: * A new mortgage of $5.5 million was placed by Meridian on a six-story, 42-unit multifamily property located on Ocean Ave. in Brooklyn. The loan features a rate of 2.75% and a four-year term. This transaction was negotiated by Judah Hammer and Daniel Neiss. * Meridian negotiated a new mortgage in the amount of $22.5 million on a 13-story, 64-unit multifamily property on West End Ave. The loan features a rate of 3.33% and a five-year term. Carol Shelby and Dani Sabesan negotiated this transaction. * A new mortgage of $15 million was placed by Meridian on a nine-story, 37-unit multifamily property located on West 70th St. The loan features a rate of 3.25% and a seven-year term. This transaction was negotiated by Shamir Seidman and Neiss. * Meridian negotiated a new mortgage in the amount of $7.6 million on a four-story mixed-use property totaling 35 units and 14,000 s/f of retail space located on Lefferts Blvd. in Kew Gardens. The loan features a rate of 3% and a five-year term. Joseph Taub and Daniel Blumenthal negotiated this transaction. * A new mortgage of $4.275 million was placed by Meridian on a six-story, 19-unit multifamily property located on Kenilworth Place in Brooklyn. The loan features a rate of 3.25% and a five-year term. This transaction was negotiated by Scott Assouline and Jacob Nefoussi. * Meridian negotiated a new mortgage in the amount of $2.7 million on a four-story, four-unit mixed-use property located on Charles St. The loan features a rate of 3.38% and a five-year term.
