Meridian Capital finances six new mortgages totaling $50.695 million

Meridian Capital Group, LLC has financed six new mortgages totaling $50.695 million: * $3.5 million was placed for the 80-unit Linden Court Apartments multifamily property located on Academy Rd., Philadelphia. The loan features a rate of 3% and a five-year term and was negotiated by Mark Litwack of Meridian. * $14.475 million was placed for the 231-unit Norris Hills Apartments multifamily complex located on North Hills Dr., Norristown. The loan features a rate of 3.68% and a 10-year term and was negotiated by Russ Drebin of Meridian. * $14 million was placed on the 344-unit West Park Manor multifamily community located on Raleigh Court East, Ocean Township, N.J. The loan features a rate of 3.75% and a 10-year term and was negotiated by Israel Schubert of Meridian. * $6.575 million was placed on the 144-unit Pines at Bethabara multifamily property located on Bethabara Hills Dr., Winston-Salem, N.C. The loan features a rate of 3.94% and a 10-year term and was negotiated by Marvin Jeremias of Meridian. * $6.25 million was placed on the 234-unit Ridge Park Apartments multifamily located on Gold St., North Arlington, N.J. The loan features a rate of 3.57% and a 10-year term and was negotiated by Max Beyderman of Meridian. * $5.9 million was placed on the 168-unit Palisade Garden Apartments multifamily community located on Center Ave., Fort Lee, N.J. The loan features a rate of 3.75% and a 10-year term. This deal was negotiated by Elliot Treitel and Drebin of Meridian.
